The Gold Package provides an intense pulsed light (IPL) system for hair removal and photofacial (usually a Vasculight Plus SR, or a Palomar Medilux system).

The package also includes the BioBlend ultrasonic facial system, which provides deep-heating moisturization, vascular massage and exfoliation in one system, while also dramatically building collagen over the course of a treatment package.

This package is designed to aid those with a tighter budget, while also providing the equipment, training and marketing aids that can help a practice flourish.
The IPL came into the market after lasers and is very similar in analogy to a broad spectrum antibiotic vs. a single spectrum, in that it emits multiple wavelengths of light all at once. The IPL does a very good job (provided it has proper specifications and power) on both hair removal and photorejuvenation. On a scale of 1 to 10, it ranks a solid 8.0 to 8.5 for hair removal and an 8.5 to 9 for photorejuvenation.
